So your view is that at R = 3, and probably at all bifurcated points, a noise (of a relatively definite and damping nature) mounts on the results. This is consistent with our preliminary results. Because in a small number of iterations, a range around these points did not converge, and only with increasing iterations, this range became smaller and smaller, but this noise was not yet completely damped in the points themselves.
